We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee availability and allow us to prepare all the necessary details for your experience.
If you have last-minute requests, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

At Mobiliti Expeditions, we understand that unexpected changes can arise. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy, structured as follows:
- 90+ days in advance: Refund minus 10% of the total reservation amount (for administrative and planning costs).
- 60 to 89 days in advance: Refund minus 30% of the total reservation amount.
- 31 to 59 days in advance: Refund minus 50% of the total reservation amount.
- Less than 30 days: No refund
Important:
No refunds will be issued once the rental or tour has started, unless explicitly stated in the contract.
In the case of No Show—including external causes, immigration issues, or any reasons beyond our control—a 100% penalty will apply, as services are prepaid and scheduled.
This policy is designed to cover the logistical costs and commitments made when planning each experience.
